Important Show Details

The Bride and Groom Show will be held on Saturday, January 19, 2019 from 9am to 3pm.  It is free admission, and everyone is welcome.  However, only engaged couples may enter for all of the grand prize draws (one ballot and prize per couple).


How to confirm / Secure your booth

  • Complete a registration form found at REGISTER NOW!
  • Email or call 613-853-8308 for more information!

Expectations for vendors

  • Setup between 3 and 6pm January 18, 2019
  • Attend the networking session after setup, at 6pm, to meet other businesses and listen to our business coach Ann Max owner of Productive to the Max.
  • Share the Facebook event on your wall and invite your qualified contacts
  • Arrive on Saturday January 19 by 8:30am to the eQuinelle Golf & Resident Club, enjoy a complimentary coffee/tea and be ready to greet brides, grooms, wedding parties, family and friends of weddings, until 3pm.

Parking, Security, & Soliciting

  • Parking is free for everyone, as always
  • Once you setup your items at your booths or marketplace tables, it will be safe in the eQuinelle Resident Club overnight.  I will be one of the last people to leave, and I watch the doors being locked
  • I ask that you solicit the Bride and Groom Show respectfully, adhering to the rules prohibiting spamming of emails

Shipping & Receiving

Electrical & Fire Regulations

  • If you require electrical hookup that is higher than 120 volts, please advise us ahead of time.

 

Insurance Requirements

  • ALK Event Management has insurance coverage for you at the Bride and Groom Show.  No need to purchase new coverage, or additional coverage for this show
Name Badges
  • Each vendor will be provided with 2 name badges
  • This information is required from you by January 15, 2019

Frequently Asked Questions

Important Dates & Deadlines

Early bird deadline is December 1st.  Vendor registration form must be received and paid by this date.  After December 1st, the fees go up by $50.  If you reserve and pay for both the Bride and Groom Show and the Shop Local Showcase (April 27, 2019), you will receive a 10% discount.

Show Schedule - Move in and Out

Show setup is 3pm Friday January 18, 2019.  For the comfort of our show guests, take down of your space, may not occur before 3pm Saturday January 19.

Booth and Marketplace Table Dimensions & Restrictions

All booths are located in the main hall, and each is 8′ by 10′.  If you wish to rent a second booth, it is $50 less.   Marketplace tables are 2’6″ by 6′ and are located in the lobby and the restaurant.

What we Provide

Each booth has one table, one chair, a white pole and draped back drop.

Each marketplace table has a table top only (2’6″ by 6′).

Can I move in Earlier/later than the posted time?

If you are a sponsor of the show, you may move in and begin setup at 2pm Friday January 18.  All other vendors may setup between 3 and 6pm.

Will there be food available for purchase onsite?

Friday night after setup, there will be a standup complimentary reception offering appetizers and refreshments, sponsored by Catered Affairs and eQuinelle.

 

On Saturday, there will be complimentary coffee/tea/water for all exhibitors and lunch available for purchase.
